I have recently purchased a Beneteau 57 from a company called sunbird in Mallorca, the price was in excess of £300k sterling and I needed to engage the services of a fully independent surveyor after contacting a few and asking for quotes I finally settled on the services of Jayson Sibley. Although he wasn’t the cheapest, I felt I needed someone not, for want of a better expression, someone in the pockets of the local brokers, after discussions Jayson seemed to fit the bill and was well qualified for my purposes.

I am writing to express my congratulations on a job very well done, the survey was comprehensive and thorough, and he followed up afterwards to ensure the work was completed to a satisfactory standard, (the yard were not doing the agreed works properly). Fortunately, we caught the works before the boat was back in the water and the instructions given to complete the job.

Since then Jayson has kept on top of the sellers to ensure all items have been repaired or replaced that were on the list a service I can only describe as excellent in content and in quality I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone buying a yacht anywhere he’s worth his money.
