Jayson Sibley was established in Mallorca during 1998. We are Marine Loss Adjusters and Qualified Yacht Surveyors providing a wide range of services to the Yacht Market.

A major part of our work is acting for UK Underwriters as Marine Loss Adjusters dealing with yacht claims, assisting UK Marine Finance providers with valuations and recovery services. We also act as Experts in cases of dispute and arbitration.

We are also Level 1 Nominated Surveyors of the Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA) through the YDSA Certifying Authority. This enables us to conduct MCA Code of Compliance Examinations and Tonnage Measurements for the British Ships Register.

As Cardiff University Expert Witnesses (CUEW) we also provide a service to act as experts in litigation cases for private individuals as well as Underwriters. With our investigative and legal training we are authorised to take witness statements and provide expert evidence reports in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules part 35.

JSA are recognised throughout the UK Yacht Insurance Market and predominantly travel throughout Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. We are pleased to accept instructions to destinations throughout Europe.

As members of the YDSA and Certified Marine Investigators we are required to record our CPD (Continual Professional Development).
